@olivia Aku banyak ka karbo 50% bisa lebih 🤧emang gabisa rapi makro nya aku tu. Pengennya banyakin di protein, tp sebisanya aku ky gitu yaudah kwkw. Kk klo mau liat lengkapnya, bisa buka di web, liat apa yg kumakan berantakan bgt 🤣
