This is my third attempt at the weight watchers diet. My husband and I started last March and did really well for two months straight, and we both lost ten to 15 pounds. Then I went back to work and he stopped counting and I didn't feel like doing the work for both of us.
We're starting again, this time with jogging and jump-rope. I'm very optimistic.
