Best plan of action :consciously choosing to still eat right even when my body does not always reflect my progress.
Last week I had ab definition and I was really happy as is to be expected...This week there is no trace of any abs😂🤦🙆 and I understand why because of where I am in my cycle ..but Schucks the struggle of abs today, gone tomorrow isn't easy.😣
As we start a new week, priorities are consistency in both healthy eating and working out...Aluta Continua folks💪😊
