Today is all about cleaning up leftovers. I have 2 pancakes and 2 slices of bacon from Clementine's. Half of that will be lunch. I have refried beans and corn chips from Casa Orozco. That will be another meal. And I have some small pieces of ham and some swiss cheese and some old rye bread. That will become a grilled sandwich for dinner. I also have some spinach to clean up. That may become a salad as a snack. I want to leave room, though, to have the rest of that snowflake cookie and a piece of See's candy. So the spinach may have to be cooked or wait for lunch tomorrow. Take a look at it. Also, I have a biscuit and some gravy and some green peas. And I have the rest of my Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. And tomorrow, for my birthday, Becs is getting Izzy's. There will be leftovers from that. And all of this is going to last until Friday, because for Xmas, I am doing bacon wrapped steak and cheesy potatoes and probably peas or kale. So don't be fixing any other entrees or buying many groceries. Oh. And I also wanted to create a Subway style turkey sandwich to use up some more of that turkey lunch meat. Snack on cherry tomatoes this week. There is a big bowl of them. And do make some new ranch dressing out of the buttermilk, and eat that with baby carrots for a different low cal snack. I will serve that to Sue tomorrow before dinner, as dinner will be late. Other than the ranch dressing, I can spend the week on cleaning and decorating and making Xmas cookies. And this is my road map for my week. Merry Christmas!!!
