Kalo untuk jadwal latihan kayanya itu personal deh. Jd beda orang pasti beda pola latihan nya. Tergantung goals dan fokus nya apa dl. Kalo aku sekarang lg fokus di glutes sama back. Dan untuk alat nya, bisa disesuain aja sama alat yg ada d tempat gym masing2.
