Hey everyone! I had a great day relaxing and getting my calories up a bit yesterday, and I feel much better today! As inspiration, I've decided to upload some before and after pictures! I lost 4 lbs this week and 4 inches! And yes, this is only a WEEK of difference in time! I'm really pleased with the results, and I hope some of you find them inspirational!
