Phase 1 on SBD done and in the books! I'm pretty happy with 7.5 lbs lost! The jeans are already looser! I actually enjoyed Phase 1! I'm not a fan of fruit, so it worked out really well for me. I don't go to the grocery store until Sunday, so I'll still be eating Phase 1 style until then.
I've just finished reading SBD Supercharged, and my only fear is that I will add back too quickly. My goal is to only add one new Phase 2 food per day for at least a week or two to see how my body reacts.
It feels good to be thinner!
