Bikinnya 35gr rolled oat + 6gr chiaseed + 150ml susu ultra low fat source of calcium rasa coklat ( banyaknya susu optional ya kak, kalo aku suka nya yg agak banyak susunya) bikinnya pas malem jam 8an ka,langsung masukin ke kulkas. biar pas besoknya sarapan jm 7an udah siap hap
