I have gained back 18.3 lbs! I originally was 191, so I kept off 11.5lbs, but I can't say I'm surprised I gained back 18.3lbs. Wow. I stopped biking, I stopped running, I stopped working out, AND I started munching on cheese and goodies from Wawa. This is a super wake up call! Time to get BACK ON TRACK and for good.
Here are some things I plan to do to get started again in 2014, and for good..
- eat vegan with NO exceptions. I'm too lenient about cheese for one! - exercise everyday with my step-mom. most days we'll take a zumba, cardio, or yoga class. - drink a lot of water! especially in the morning. per day: 64-80 oz. - weigh food, count calories, upload here to keep track (same w/ exercise) - take a photo & weigh self every month to remind me of my progress - drink little to no alcohol and bad treats! if I do, exercise it ALL OFF! - walk more, take hikes, bike!
