Very slow weight loss week

I am still "diet focused" but was told to back off of the exercise a bit, increase my multi vitamins and eat different foods. I'm working on it. Need to incorporate salads into the diet somehow, maybe some cucumber. My mom has a vitamin bible. It was written in 1979 though. I'm going to look for another one and see if my hair stops falling out.

The stress is high at home and at work... I only worked 60 hours this week, have 12 things on my taskbar and not enough hours in the day... I've delegated parts of projects, but have responsibility for several others.

Home stress is the last thing I need right now.. I just can't take it and no one remembers what I say, so I quit talking...no one is listening here.

I need to start remembering to eat at work in the day.. I'll add it to the task bar.. scheduled appointment =)

Do you mean your hair is falling out literally?! eeeek! if you do, healthy fats [especially monounsaturated fat, like in olive oil] and zinc will help. Dont worry about going through a slow weight loss, as long as you're on track and not seeing it completely stop, like a plateau stage! Slow and stead wins the race! :D

It seems that we have stress & MORE happens! Come & vent to us! Use us! You seem to be not using food as a crutch & I am so proud of you! I had a friend many years ago & her hair was falling out & it was STRESS! She never talked about it & had no release. You need to do that! For your mental & physical health! We are here for you. GO GIRL!!!
