早午餐：辣雞翅腿輕食餐
點心：全家送的POLS香草冰淇淋、無糖紅茶
晚餐：花椰菜炒豬腿肉、炒地瓜葉、卡斯扣燒雞腿、
市場海帶*2、昨晚剩的蒸鮭魚

今年的最後一週了🤭
