Not exactly a pound and a half in a day. That was just my last 'remembered' weight. I reweighed myself last night and this morning and I was at 137.5

Also measure my waist at 29in. Hate to say it. :( At my thinnest/leanest though I was 26in.
62.4 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
