hari ini. hari pertama diet intermitten fasting, setelah kmarin diet ala tya ariestya dn lost 10 kg. setelah 2 bln bb stuck, mau diet break dulu . kita liat 2 minggu kedepan.. naik atau stay bb nya 😅
