Stopping counting calories was a good idea because finally I fit in the 26 Levis jeans I bought in November. They were way too small and my first goal for this summer. YEY!!!
Weight didn't change much (half a kilo) but my tummy is much slimmer so that those jeans finally fit! I decided to ignore the scales (have a look only occasionally) and just measure with a band around my tummy.
And I do sports every day! Seems to help! :)

Impressive! I never could make myself count calories - it takes so much time, the time that could be spent exercising. What is your secret? Is it just sports? And which programme do you follow?

sry for my super late answer, I never saw those comments. Well I was doing high intensive training like body attack and body combat from les mills and also some weight training. I think that helped. And I am pretty active. I don't follow any diet. Perhaps you could call it the mediteranian diet. Unsaturated fats, salads and veggies, some meat. I did have the normal amount of carbs each day, low carb absolutely does not suit me.. ;)
