Hey FS fam. I'm back after a bit of an *ahem* extended break.

So what had happened was: I finished my first 4 month push and lost something like 26 lbs. then decided I was going to take a 'break' for a week or so and get back to it after I recovered.

Welp ...

That 'week' turned into a couple of months. Luckily, even though I did regain some of what I lost, I'm still maintaining about a 20 lb. weight loss. I only regained 6 of the 26, which isn't bad (knowing how it usually goes). Anyway, I started logging my meals again, which is one thing that went straight to hell when I stopped working out, and I started moving again. It's freaking crazy how your body is so sensitive to changes. When I was off the wagon, I struggled to be up before 7 am every day. I was sooo sluggish. Now, after only (literally) TWO DAYS of eating clean, my energy is up again. I even woke up at 5 am today. I'd normally sleep through that alarm.

I don't know who (if anyone) needs to see this, but just keep moving forward, even if you fell off. I PROMISE you that it gets better when you start again, and pretty soon it feels just like you never stopped. It's good to be back. Thank you to everyone who has supported my entries and given me words of encouragement along the way.

Now it's time for the next big push. Next stop, 180.
