Defkal kedua ku...😎 yg pertama dulu abis lahiran anak pertama,lepas ASI, mulai deh defkal sama olahraga yg enteng2 aja, eh seminggu bisa turun 1,5 kg. 73kg ke 58 kg cuma sekitar 2 bulanan doang.
Lah yg sekarang, sepuluh hari cuma bisa turun 1kg, 😆😆 faktor U kali ya... metabolismenya ga secepet dulu. btw selisih anak pertama dan kedua ini 7 tahun.
