purple potatoes so good for you. I can only find them at Good Harvest store that is a 20 mile drive from my house.. I love what you made! This is a great idea for my dinner tomorrow while I watch the Packers...Go Pack Go!!

I love purple cabbage and potatoes! They’re gorgeous! Enjoy! 

I just bought bag of purple potatoes about a month ago. They are starting to sprout eyes and getting ready to be planted in about two months in my potato patch. I don't eat potatoes anymore, but will try these. So darn cute.  

Purple potatoes??? Never heard of them, but how interesting? Do they taste different from, say, red potatoes?

Taurielfan- I think the purple potatoes taste the same but that color really throws you off while your eating them. They are almost black. My husband did not like the way it looked one bit but his dish sure was empty after lunch 😂 Most stores don’t carry them. I lucked out finding them at the Korean grocery store.
