Beli dipasar banyak, kulit pangsit Resep Ayam 250gr Baput 1 Bamer 2 Garam secukupnya Minyak wijen 1sdm Minyak asin 1-1/2 sdt Saos tiram 1 sdt Tepung tapioka/maizena 2/3sdm Putih telur Minyak goreng secukupnya Ayam dan bumbunya diblender halus ditambah wortel sama daun bawang cincang terus dimasukkan ke kulit pangsit. Kukus 15-25 menit di api sedang
