Very frustrated because according to the fatsecret numbers I used more engergy then I consumed so I thought I should be down at least a half pound...but no, still the same as I was Monday. I know slow and steady is better coming off but still, would like to see some movement other then only a 1/2 pound over 2 weeks! arrrgghhh!

Plus, anyone doing any 30 day challenges? I've started the 30 day plank and 30 day easy squat challenge. I was wondering what luck or changes anyone may have noticed if you've done these yourselves?

If you are on a quickie lose weight challenge - I would not count the work out cal. Go to www.freedieting.com and plug in your numbers into the chart and it will tell you how many calories to consume to lose weight.
