Have been following WW at work, where they give you WW online tools. I have tried using it for the last 10 weeks, but this is familiar and I have already built in recies that I use. Going to try and re-connect here.
My loss is slow, but jeeze I dine out for a living. I'm down 15 lbs, and most of all lost over Christmas, so I can't complain. Now to ramp up my activity.
