@ram Thank you! Still working to burn off some fat and tone up after having my daughter, but there are small improvements every day.

Congratulations on having a baby. I don't see any fat on you. You look incredible. I'm sure you are an inspiration to other people and you will reach your goals. May God bless you and your family.

I need deterministic goals, that provide some objective outcome to get myself to do most things (would like to drop 2-3% body fat at the moment). Critical to me is to keep eating delicious food. Looks like your getting great results. Another personal goal is I don't want to burn up to much of my life with exercise (active is good but I dislike gym time). Recently (last 100 ish days) switched to AthleanX which is also great for motivation, new things almost every day, great community etc.

You gave birth to a child and you look like this? You are "GI Jane" or something like this i guess!

@br_e_co Thank you! And it certainly is. Continued weightlifting and fitness for the duration of pregnancy definitely was not easy, so I figure if I can bench 100 lbs and squat 130 lbs while 9 months pregnant, I can find ways to push through whatever lack of motivation I may experience day to day.

@Ringzero787 I generally function the same way and have similar views with fitness, food and health. I do not eliminate foods or follow any sort of diet because it just encourages binging and yoyo dieting. I eat fast food. I eat junk food. The key for me is I make sure the majority of what I take in each day is healthy, homemade food. Everything else is supposed to be a once in awhile treat. So I may have fast food maybe once in an entire week if I have a craving for it (actually haven't had a taste for any in about 3 weeks). I include carbs in my diet but just make sure everything follows my calorie count goals.

@Tassos67 I giggled at your comment because I'm retired military. Granted retired long time before I had my daughter. Served in my teens/very early 20's and I'm currently 36. Also your description is exactly how I feel about a friend of mine who looks like me and has 3 kids!
