我每次執行168間歇斷食,體重和體脂肪都會不減反增(五天增加1.5kg)然後我就森七七怒吃放縱自己!

來到2021年了,姐妹勸說至少要堅持兩個月啊,我重新從飲食著手,168就先緩緩吧,況且這陣子嚴重手痛(狹窄性肌腱滑膜炎 stenosing tenosynovitis)+三隻手指頭蜂窩性組織炎,先低醣飲食並認真做紀錄唄!
