Today has been a pretty good day. I am getting a bit hungry and sick of being crabby. I hope it's the pms and not the diet. I know I can make it until Saturday and hold onto the strict guidelines of SBD. I am excited to add wine and unfortunately will do it a day early (13 strict)but I will wait to add Phase 2 foods until day 15. Maybe that will help makeup for my one day of bagging the no alcohol. I miss my 21 year old body...tight, muscular, free of c-section scars. I know I can get that thin again but I doubt I can tighten up that much.... Oh the days of being thin....
