Emotion eating last night when I took the girls to mom's so I could go to choir. She made my favorite comfort food: mashed potatoes with gravy, and she didn't know it, but it was exactly the food I didn't need. I tend to do that when I get upset, gorge on foods that are comforting. Could it be that food is as much an addiction for me as Mark's addiction is with him?
