I just want to say to all of you sticking to it, eating well and losing weight well done you are amazing!!! I am so far gone it's all I can do to just not drink alcohol and not order takeaway, everything else is in tatters.... I have to find that motivation I have to. Anyway keep posting because just reading your posts gives me hope.

Don't give up I've just bought an Air Fryer, so impressed. Google about them there's so much you can cook in them. Onwards and upwards strength comes from within.

Hi mighty rose I'm on my millionth attempt at trying to loose weight, I started Monday did well.... then Tuesday came and I gave in to the takeaway pizza. Today I am back on it. I think you have to stop being hard on yourself and make small changes until you settle in. If you stuff up one day try to do better the next day... And so on. You can do it and you have everyone's support on here... Baby steps. Good luck on your journey x

We all fall down at times....but we get back up. (A cliché I know, but it's a good one). Remind yourself of why you are on this journey...dust yourself off and when you feel ready, take that first step. That one is the hardest. You got this 🙂

It's not a race, as long as you keep picking yourself up and trying you will eventually get to the weight you want, just might take a little bit longer to get there.

You can do this Rose! I struggle with my mental health and know what it's like to want to shut yourself in ur room, cozy under the quilt and eat chocolate washed down with wine. I also know it doesn't have to be this way. You are never too far gone. Personally,,I had to get my mind right first before anything else could work. I use a free app called Insight Timer (Google Play store) and do meditations every morning before I can start my day. It also has relaxing music, sleep sounds, podcasts to work through certain issues...u should check it out, it might help and failing that, uv got lots of good, supportive people right here for u! 🤗❤️

Don’t put so much pressure on yourself, keep eating what you want just in reduced amounts, also get a hobby, the guitar keeps me out of the snack cupboard, when you start making a thing of it that’s when the cravings will take hold
