I had pilates today and man I love my Thursday morning class.. it is so freaking awesome. Monday night is good but I <3 Thursday morning. So last night I went off the deep end food wise.. it was a real train wreck. I can not have that much beer and keep my cool around food. lesson learned.. AGAIN.. anyway today is a new day and here is to better choices. :)

Glad you've found a class you love! It makes exercise so much more interesting, doesn't it? I haven't ventured into yoga or pilates yet, but I'm sure one day I'll be brave enough. One time I tried an On Demand yoga/pilates video & almost died. True story.

heh.. I sometimes laugh out loud in class because of the things the teacher wants us to do.. I am all like a mass of giggles becasue I know there is just no way I can do that.. but I set jaw and give it my best shot.. it is good stuff.. ftr I am in a beginners pilates class and I cant do a sit up... but maybe someday. it is good to have goals. :)

Thank goodness the only time I really want beer is when we have pizza or Mexican food. It gives me bloat, so I would hate to try pilates after drinking. I'd clear the room! BTW, glad to see you back! :)
