Bubur singkong ~
Bahan:
100 gram singkong mentah,
150-200 ml air matang,
15 gram gula aren (bisa diganti dgn gula diet),
120 susu skim,
Secukupnya wijen.
Langkah:
1. Blender singkong, air, gula merah sampai halus.
2. Masak di teflon dengan menggunakan api sedang sambil diaduk-aduk terus hingga adonan mengental, agak padat dan meletup-letup.
3. Tuang ke mangkuk. Siram dengan susu dan taburi wijen.
Ini bubur singkongnya memang kurang manis ya. Jika ingin lebih manis bisa ditambah jumlah gulanya atau bisa ditambah lagi dgn gula diet.
