Porsi kenyang bebs... Protein Karbo dan serat nya lumayan bikin kenyang smpai siang bebs,kalau kopi hitam memang dah biasa dari dulu waktu nge-gym soalnya saya nge-gym energi nya dari kopi hitam nggak pakai suplemen
