So far so good in 2021 with my weight loss goals. 9 days on a no alcohol, low fat, heart healthy diet. I’m cooking a lot of new recipes with vegetables, chicken and fish. I’m learning to box on the speed bag and doing yoga again too. It feels good to have clarity and the inflammation in my body is healing. I wake up refreshed and I set my purpose for the day. What are some new things you are doing this year?
