This journal entry is entered on Monday, January 20th, on behalf of Sunday, January 19th. I weighed in at 188.8, same as Saturday. Yesterday I ate like a cow. Culvers was the big one, double cheese burger, fries, onion rings, turtle sunday. Then I had about 5-6 servings of lime-flavored tortilla chips - the bag said each serving was 6 chips at about 140 calories! Topped it off with too many popcorn chicken. All I can say is that I'm starting fresh today. I did not weigh in this morning. It truly was an accident, but I'm really glad to not see how much weight I gained this weekend by eating like a pig.
