For lunch, I tried this rocket salad with fresh fruit and mozzarella for the first time. It was soooooo good!!! Yum!!!

Cazza5555 - Thanks! With everything included, it was about 458 calories. You could make it less depending on what kind of dressing or oil you used. I had apple cider and olive oil on the rocket, and a little pumpkin seed oil on the mozzarella.
