Well I have been behaving myself for the most part with eating better and a little less and doing more. I've been using my Pilates machine but have not been able to lose the pounds but at least I feel stronger and if when the snow melts I got out on my bike I'll just melt it away and have the lean tones muscles I've been working on all this time. I can't believe that in 2 weeks it'll be February!
