Ok so I am so upset with myself I was working so hard to stay on this diet I even lost 5 lbs. .....then I went and blew it tonight. I just CRAVE sugar, WHAT DO I DO! HELP

eat fruit! Strawberries, Bananas, apples, pineapple! Alll sweet, and all yummy!! Im not sure what you can have with your 6 week body makeover ( I cant remember it all lol ) But I eat non fat chocolate puddings ( 80 cal ) or 100 calorie chocolate chip cookies, and it curbs my sweet tooth.
