Wearing extra clothes than my normal weigh in, ate a lot of salty food yesterday, and just drank a bit of water, but I wanted to weigh in today because it's the morning before my yearly candida cleanse starts (30-day candida diet) which usually leads to weight loss because it's a no sugar/no simple carb diet.
