Kalo q ngikutin saran dari fs diet defisit kalori. Makan bebas....yg terpenting olga,istirahat yg cukup sma minum air putih yg cukup. Q olga setiap hari 30-1,5 jam tapi sekarang udah seminggu 3 x. aq olga sebelum tidur atau 1 jam selesai sarapan. Kalo bb q stuck biasanya aq coba gerakan olganya yg di ubah....semangat semua mari bersama menuju body goals 💪💪💪
