After effect of a much needed break away. To be honest, I expected a bigger gain, so I’m ok with this. I had every intention of exercising throughout to try to limit the gain, but broke/sprained my toe a couple of days in and that’s as far as the exercise went.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
