Tried a very short walk (wearing flip flops as I still can’t get my injured toe into closed shoes without levitating from the pain) today...not ideal. I guess I just have to wait for it to heal. Trying to slowly make good decisions in the food department but I kind of feel like what’s the point since I can’t exercise and that’s usually how I lose the weight the fastest. Eating like a rabbit and getting nowhere fast is just going to demotivate me so this is me...plodding along 💁🏼♀️
