in a lot of my food, I use numerous spices: Mrs. Dash, garlic, cilantro, basil, nutmeg, cinnamon, cia, flax, oats, etc. I love the spices.
I use different veggies when I have a pizza (Golden Home whole wheat ultra thin crust), red, yellow, and green veggies.
I use recipes from Allright Recipes and Kitchen Network a lot.
A book I love is "Meals that Heal".
I try to stay away from deserts.
