So i just made my first fritata today.. it was crazy good. I had half of it and I will have the other half for lunch maybe.. SO the coughing saga continues. my kids are hacking up a lung all over the place.. I tried to give my son honey today to help with the cough like the dr suggested and he puked it up.. clearly not a fan of honey. :P I am over the coughing but this too shall pass. I am going to weigh in tomorrow and make sundays my weigh in day.. This week will probably be not a good representation of my efforts due to water weight.. but I will take what I can get. :)

mmm love fritata! Hope you guys feel better soon, chronic coughs are horrible this time of year! whatever your weigh in is i'm sure you will just work to keep progressing from there! have a good weekend!

I don't think I've ever had a fritata. Sounds good though. I had the "cough" a couple of months ago. Every time I would lay down, just get sleeping good, I would start hacking. Pop a cough drop and pray I didn't fall asleep and choke on it. Hope the kiddos get feeling better.

Glad to hear the fritata turned out great! Hope the kiddos start feeling better soon. I had a cough for 3 months last year & it was AWFUL! Hopefully you can find something that works = )
