Only 0.5 lb down this week. But everything worth anything takes time and dedication, right? Right.
I know for sure I need to up my veggies and water. I'll be working on that for next week.
Small victory for this week - my engagement ring actually fits now. It no longer looks like a rubber band on a sausage.
At the end of week three, I've lost a total of 8 lbs.
