I looked up, “Where does fat go when you lose it” the answer was not all is lost through bodily waste, it’s also lost in exhalation. I thought.. wow, breathing huh..?!?? I will really focus on that.
Since I have focused more on my breathing, and it isn’t easy for me, within the last few weeks, I really can say the results are amazing. Yes, I’ve increased my cardio, but pushing more air out and in, really feels empowering. I’m loving it.
