@樂咖,還真被妳說中了,今天這麵包我不滿意,因為沒上色,我原本以為裡面沒熟,測了一下中心溫度有達94(熟),不放心還切了一顆來看,哈哈,結果有熟,但很奇怪,就是沒上色(這麵包應該要有微微金黃色),後面不想繼續烤,怕麵包會太乾,乾脆就放這樣了🤣(我想後面還有得跟新烤箱博感情了😤)
