Day #6 (14th): 50 Jumping Jacks; 15 Sit ups
Day #7 (15th): 30 Crunches, 10 Leg Lifts
Day #8 (16th): 1 1/2 Hours Belly Dance; 55 Jumping Jacks; 10 Leg Lifts
Day #9 (17th): 60 Jumping Jacks
Day #10 (18th): 10 Lunges (each leg)
Day #11 (19th): Break Day

Just drinking pure water, 8 oz a day!
78.4 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
Losing 1.2 kg a Week
