i ate a lot of m&ms today, but instead of feeling terrible about it, I got up the energy to do 3 different mini exercise videos - some resistance band work, some butt toning, and a little free weights. figured it's better than nothing and it helped me get on track and not "ruin" the rest of the day.
gotta start drinking more water. skin is so dry and i've been attributing it to the air in my house, but i have a feeling drinking more could help too.
