Well I cheated over the weekend and I paid for it in pounds. Sunday though I started back on being good and ate really well and I've done great today also. I went to the gym at lunch and was able to go for 30 minutes on the elliptical machine. :) That's my longest time this year. It's strange how some days 10 minutes kills you and others you feel like you can just keep going and going. I really hope I can record a loss by Thursday but with that cheat it may take me a little longer.
