I eat a lot of McDougall's Right Foods. It fillls me up. The calories are low. The sodium and carbs are within my allowance. And. I love the Asian flavor. I many times add basil, cilantro, garlic, celery seeds, turmeric and other spices. Always an herb powder, never an herb that says salt.

I many times like a Just Crack an egg. Just add an egg or two. I like to add Pace medium salsa.

Also, I like making a pizza with Golden Home Whole Wheat ultra Thin Crust. One small one satisfied me, and it is ready in 8-12 minutes. Delicious!

On these items, I will add: cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, bok choy, and/or other veggies. I also like to add rotisserie roasted chicken. I also use no salt added spicy marina saoce.
