REWARDS!
Getting down to 160 sounds daunting!! That is a total of 34 pounds!

So I'm breaking it down into 4 goals with 4 rewards - non of which will add any calories!

185.5 pounds - pedi/eyebrows waxed
177 pounds - 1 new regular bra & 1 new exercise bra
168.5 pounds - 1 new complete outfit including shoes!
160 pounds - visit to a spa for a facial & a massage
