This weigh in is for where I was at on Saturday, but I thought I'd include it here anyway!! Also, since starting this round of Focus T25, I've lost almost 4% of my body fat, lost over 10 lbs of fat and gained over 4 lbs of muscle! I'm feeling great :)
94.3 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 26.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
