Bener kunci diet adl defisit kalori // BB ku turun terus ka alhamdulillah, stuck pernah tapi akhirnya ttp turun. Karena apa? Aku makan makanan unfaedah pun, aku tetap ingat PORTION CONTROL, aku tetap CALORIE DEFICIT. Itu aja kuncinya turun bb sih. Syemangattts yah 💞♥️
