Not a bad day today, stuck with eating healthy but cut it too close to calorie intake due to going out to eat and having a couple drinks. I can't wait to buy the elliptical so I can start burning off some more calories. It's FAR too cold to be burning calories outside unless I'm shoveling snow or sled riding!

Applebees does have an amazing under 550 menu, I went there Friday and got the peppercorn steak (390 calories) and was surprised that I was full after!
